Little Parrot At Home

I have a little parrot at home. At home, I like to read nursery rhymes or sing songs to the little parrot and after awhile, he surprised me by repeating some of my words.

One Two Buckle My Shoes :

[me] : One two, buckle my shoes

[parrot] : Shoooeessss !!!

[me] : Three four, shut the (before I can finish my sentence)

[parrot] : Doooorrr !!

And this continues till ...

[me] : Nine ten, a big fat ...

[parrot] : Handssss !! (yah .. instead of 'hen', he thought I was saying hands.)

[parrot] : Lalalalalalalalalalalala

[me] : Sha la la in the morning ...

[parrot] : Morrrnnnin

Amazing how fast children learn things huh? We will need to start to watch our words. Otherwise, ... we might end up with him saying asshole like in the movie Meet The Fockers !
