My Weight, My Determination

"Big Mummy ! Big Mummy !"

Ivan called me that once recently and uuhhh ... am I that huge? (*sob*sob*) During the last checkup, the mean bad super honest weighing scale reports me as a 52 kgs and ..... hey ! that's a 8 kgs gained (*frust*). But just the day before yesterday, I weighed myself at home and it is showing an amazing 50 kgs ! Hmm , now, which weighing scale is lying? Or, can it be the nurse? *raise eyebrow*

Simple mathematics tells me that I have gained 6 kgs and I have 4 more kgs for expansion (expansion?!?!?! uughh, with a quota of 10 kgs but, doesn't means that I have to meet it). Whatever it is, I'm setting the bar high. I'm taking from the first reading till the next checkup. Nope, not going to loosen up.


Anyway, I need to go back to xs or size 0 after delivering; the most 6 months after delivering. *hhummmppff!* To motivate myself, I bought myself a body-hugging, slim-fit, super-fullamak-sexy black dress. I'm planning to wear it together with my new pair of 4 inches boots. Ha ! Crossing my fingers and toes .. Wish me luck :)

Sara? or Bryce ?

Hmm .. we will be going for the monthly checkup later and we were told that today (yes, today !! *jumping up and down*), if we are lucky, really lucky, we will be able to see the gender of baby.

And something funny to share with all ... this came from my funny husband this morning.

"Dear God....., I didn't do bad so far.... please grant my wish..........." *grin*

He wished for Sara of course. But well o well, even if it's Bryce*, it's fine for us. We shall love him as much as we love Ivan. But ... uuhh .. I do want to be able to do girlie talk, play Barbie dolls and watch Strawberry Shortcake for a change.

*Has not really decided on a baby boy's name but use this when explaining to Ivan that baby's gender is still uncertain.

[Update] : It's a Prince II.. it's a boy ! :) Ivan's going to have a little brother. So, I would need to look for a baby boy's name and forget about Sara (.. for now)

16 Weeks !

I'm finally 16 weeks .. and that simply means I have 24 more weeks to go before I could see little Sara. :) yippeeeeee !

Time moves slowly for those who waits,
For those who are having fun, time flies without them realising,
And for those in love, time is eternity.

Hmm ... the worst are over by now. I'm no longer having my urrkkss and uweks and I should be having some fun (so that time flies without me realising it). And, yeap .. that's what I'm gonna do !

Hmm .... the sound of morning sickness. As a matter of fact, I don't sound that adorable when I throw up. Instead, it's UuuurrrrRRrrrrkKKKKkkkkkkk .... !!!!

Without warning or any hints, I could just suddenly do my urks (which is basically just gas.. unless my body ran out of gas to urk out, then it shall be whatever input I had earlier ... eeewwww !). The first few times of my urks had shocked the boys (Ivan and Jef) but after so many times of urks, it became like a joke now.

me urrksss. Jef and Ivan exchange shocked glances and seconds later,

[Ivan] : Do that again mummy !

You can determine the gender of your baby. :) Yeah man ... you can. You just need a dash of faithful thinking.

So, this is all that you need to do. Think hard of the gender that you wish to have. Think day and night. Think about it when you got up in the morning. Think about it when you drive to work. Think about it while working. Think about it when you are lunching. Think .. ok ok ok .. you got the picture.

Errm ... sounds easy peasy to do. No harm trying and I'm definitely trying it out ! I'm thinking girl. I'm thinking XX and not XY. *grin*

2 Positive Pregnancy Tests and I'm still not Convinced ...

till I hear .. dip dup dip dup dip dup .. the miracle sound of another life in me.

*smiles* yes, I'm pregnant. I'm 8 weeks pregnant. I'm going through the 9 months cycle again and I'm hoping to be a radiant and cheerful expecting mom ! Wish me Luck !
