Ivan caught the flu bug and we brought him to the hospital today. Nothing serious, luckily. Just the common cold and wheezing. As we didn't make prior appointments (who will know when they fall sick to book in advance?), so, we walked in and we had to wait.
Nurses told us that it's quite a queue and to make waiting less boring, daddy changed into his magician suit and conquer up some magic tricks for Ivan. His first trick, The Sweet Treat. He cleverly shows Ivan his empty hands and then with some spells and .. voila ! There lies a little tube of Mentos Mini in his palm. Ivan was excited and I was entertained.
Then, the magician continued with his second trick. Removing The Thumb Trick. Ha ! This is an illusion trick as though Jef is sliding his thumb off his hand. Ivan went wooooooaaahhhh to see the sliding left and right thumb and he said, 'Give me the thumb, daddy !'. That reaction caught Jef and I offguard. Ivan really believed in that trick and he actually wanted to play with daddy's thumb? Hhehhehe... we broke into laughters and Ivan was so annoyed with us.
So, this is one of the many moments I do not want to forget and decided to blog it. Someday, I would want to read this again and have this moment replayed in my mind. :)
