Crown the King
Let me introduce you to King Ivan - the Cry Baby King.
aaaawwwwwww...
When we first sent him to school, Teacher A said based on the record, 3 weeks is the longest for a child to cry in school. Well, Ivan cried for more than 4 months. He stopped after awhile and recently, he caught up with the rhythm again. So, obviously he broke Teacher A's record.
Without fail now, every morning, we had to go through the same ordeal *again*. He will pucker up and *sniff*sniff*. Poor boy ... His famous line is, "Mummy, I don't want to go to school. I want to stay at home alone. I don't like school".
He worries me at times with such attitude towards school. When I asked him why, he can't tell me exactly.
"Are you just being naughty?"
Ivan nodded.
"Can you be a good boy then, Ivan?"
He nodded again. Little promises that he made and never kept. He still cry the next day.
After crying, he will ask me "Are you angry, mummy?"
"Not angry if you are a good boy"
And then he make his little difficult-to-keep promise again.
*sigh* That's why I have to crown him.
